Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view order status.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yup. We ship worldwide! Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Q: How do I return or exchange something?
A: Hit up shopvur@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A: If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll try! Email shopvur@hotmail.com ASAP with your order number.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Our hoodies, tracksuits, and leggings are unisex and true to size. Check the sizing guide on each product page.

Q: Are your drops limited?
A: Yes. We release in small batches. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Sign up to our emails to never miss a drop.
